We offer a 14-day trial period during which you can use our service for free. This allows you to evaluate whether our software aligns with your needs. If you decide to cancel your trial within this period, your account will be blocked, and no charges will be applied.2. Monthly Subscriptions:
For monthly subscribers, the first month serves as a trial period with no charges. If you encounter any dissatisfaction with our service, please reach out to us. We will make every effort to address your concerns, provide solutions, or offer a timeline for resolution.Refund for Monthly Subscriptions:
If, after communicating with us, you remain dissatisfied and choose to cancel your subscription, the automatic monthly payments will cease immediately, and you will be refunded for the current month of use. Please note that if you cancel after the trial period, no refund will be issued for the ongoing month.3. Yearly Subscriptions:
For customers with a yearly subscription, should you decide to cancel at any point during the year, your account will be suspended, and no refunds will be granted for the remaining unused months of the subscription.Auto-Renewal:
Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew until you opt to cancel. To cancel the service, you must provide written email notice at least 30 days before the next renewal date, or you can cancel the service directly through the platform.
This Agreement comes into effect under the following conditions:
1. You commence usage of CRM RUNNER Software.
2. You accept this Agreement by registering for our services.
