A. Your free trial lasts for 14 days. Your account will be charged after trial period is over.

A. After your free trial ends, you will be able to upgrade your package. You will be billed based on the number of licenses on your account. CRM Runner is a recurring monthly subscription and you may cancel at anytime. We also offer annual plans at up to a 40% discount for your entire account. Additional upgrades or licenses will be billed on a pro-rated basis.
A. CRM Runner pricing is based on the number of licenses you have on your account. You will be billed at the time you add a license to your CRM Runner account.
A. Your account will have 2GB of storage. If you or a team member reaches that limit, you will be prompted to upgrade storage in 10GB increments at $10 per month. This bill is applied on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current billing cycle, and you will be billed the full amount at the start of the next billing cycle.
A. You can port your existing number/s or purchase any number through the system - just enter the desired area code and choose a number you like from the list. After you added numbers to the system you will be able to: Call, SMS, Record calls, Mask calls, Create IVR & extensions, Call hands free & get full record of calling customers such as previous jobs,billing and others from the platform, so you can address their needs.
Each line cost $10 per month. Every call/SMS/recording have a cost, and you get billed as you go! (show me price list)
